Product Overview
As the core equipment of the gypsum powder production line, it adopts an integrated system design, integrating grinding, drying, classification, and conveying functions. Optimized for the physical properties of gypsum (Mohs hardness 1.5-2.0, high brittleness coefficient, temperature sensitive threshold ≤120℃), it can stably produce ultra-fine powder ranging from 80 to 400 mesh. Taking into account both energy efficiency and environmental protection requirements, it is suitable for deep processing scenarios of natural gypsum and desulfurized gypsum.

    Adopts advanced "roller-disc" grinding principle: the grinding roller rolls tightly against the grinding disc under hydraulic pressure, crushing and grinding gypsum materials efficiently. Compared to traditional ball mills, it reduces energy consumption by 30-40%, lowering your production costs significantly.
    2. Precise Particle Size Control
    Equipped with a high-efficiency dynamic classifier, the mill achieves precise particle size adjustment (80-400 mesh) with a uniformity rate over 95%. The classifier’s frequency conversion control ensures stable product quality, meeting strict standards for gypsum board, plaster, and industrial fillers.
    3. Integrated Drying Function
    Built-in hot air system allows direct drying of wet gypsum (moisture content ≤15%) during grinding. No need for pre-drying equipment, saving space and simplifying the production line. Suitable for both natural gypsum and desulfurized gypsum processing.

  • Working Principle (Detailed Process)
    Feeding & Drive:
    The motor drives the grinding table to rotate (at 18-25 r/min) via a hard-geared reducer. Material falls into the center of the grinding table through the feed inlet.
    Grinding Process:
    The material moves toward the edge of the grinding table under centrifugal force. As it passes through the annular groove, it is crushed and compressed by the hydraulically pressurized grinding rollers (pressure: 5-8 MPa), achieving preliminary grinding.
    Airflow Classification:
    The ground material is carried upward by the high-speed airflow (air velocity: 18-22 m/s) from the air ring at the edge of the grinding table. Coarse particles fall back onto the grinding table due to gravity for regrinding. The airflow carries the fine powder into the dynamic classifier, where separation occurs via rotor rotation (speed: 800-1500 r/min). Oversized/unqualified coarse powder returns for regrinding, while qualified fine powder proceeds with the airflow to the collection system.
    Drying & Finished Product Collection:
    Moisture-containing material is dried during contact with the hot air (air temperature: 150-200°C). The final product is collected by the pulse jet bag filter, with moisture content controlled within the set range (0.5-1.5%).
